Shipment

Germany

We send the goods exclusively via DHL in insured packages with tracking. With us you pay a flat rate of 7.99 euros for shipping costs (up to 31 kg). This also includes packaging and handling.


European Union

Our products can currently only be ordered and delivered via the shop within Germany. We are also happy to send orders within the EU upon request by telephone, contact form or email.

Within the European Union, shipping is insured with DHL for a flat rate of 24.99 euros (postage and packaging, up to 31 kg).

Payment Methods

Below you will find an overview of all payment methods available to us. Depending on the device you use to access our shop, not all payment methods may be available to you. For example, you will of course not see Apple Pay on an Android device when you access an article.

All payment information is always and only transmitted encrypted. As a customer, you do not incur any additional costs for the various payment methods for an order.

With accelerated checkouts such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal Express, a contract - including the automatic confirmation and acceptance of the general terms and conditions and cancellation policy - is concluded by selecting these payment methods for the order and explicitly making the payment on the input device (e.g. Apple iPhone with TouchID/ FaceID and “double click”) is confirmed.
