The many Lyoner and salami specialties, such as those with hazelnuts or black olives, are well seasoned. The Kaminwurzen should even delight South Tyroleans. Widely known for the quality of its Black Forest ham, Winterhalter also impresses with its air-dried Elztal ham.

What began with the first small butcher's shop in 1856 has developed over time into a company that now sells its products with a total of 11 branches.
