Our Black Forest ham is produced using a gentle natural maturing process: the ham matures over several months in smoking and resting chambers. The Black Forest air, the secret spice mixture and the fir smoke make this ham a very special Black Forest specialty.
Ingredients: 100g were made from 140g pork, table salt, spices, spice extracts, flavors, dextrose, sugar, maltodextrin, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, preservative: sodium nitrite
