Our air-dried salami has a strong red interior color and the noble mold treatment gives it a white exterior color.
It has a firm consistency and a hearty/spicy taste.
Ingredients: 100g were made from 111g pork, 23g beef, bacon, table salt, spices, spice extracts, granulated broth (seasoning, salt, rapeseed oil), flavors, dextrose, sugar, yeast extract, yeast, maltodextrin, smoke flavor, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: Sodium nitrite, "edible pork casing"
