Our Landjäger are a product made by master craftsmen and made from the best ingredients.
The Landjäger were raw sausages and are particularly tasty as hand sausage or for snacks. They have a strong red interior and exterior color with finely grained meat and bacon inlay. They have a hearty taste and the smoking process gives them their firm consistency and a strong smoky note. The Landjäger are sold in pairs.
Ingredients : 100g were made from 87g beef, 40g pork, bacon, table salt, spices, spice extracts, flavors, dextrose, maltodextrin, smoke flavor, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, preservative: sodium nitrite, smoke, collagen intestine "edible casing"

Man hat was für sein Geld. Das Gewicht der Landjugend ist optimal, auch der Geschmack ist sehr, sehr gut, nur, bei der Online Bestellung könnte man die Landjäger in EINEM Kunststoffbeutel versenden.

Eine sehr gute Qualität. Nicht jeder Metzger im Schwarzwald bietet noch solch gute Ware an. Schinken und Speck waren gut abgehangen, geräucherte Bratwurst und die Landjäger sind gut gewürzt. Danke.
